On Friday 2/26/2021, Auburn School Board announced the hiring of Keith Etheredge from Oxford as the new head football coach at Auburn High School. Coach Etheredge comes to 7A Auburn from a 6A Oxford with 15 years of head coach experience. Coach Etheredge has had 150 wins and five state championships during his coaching career….
It has been almost a year since I have shot baseball. I remember that I was shooting a weekend tournament at Opelika High School and after one of the first games, the tournament was called because of covid-19. This last Saturday, Baseball is back. Auburn High School Head Coach has accepted a new job as head coach at Tuscaloosa County. D. Mark Mitchell reported earlier today that the Tuscaloosa County School Board approved Winegarden Monday night as the new head coach. Coach Winegarden has been at Auburn High School for the last 6 seasons.
